Email info@scalista.eu with your SkinSlay account email and a short description.
Billing & subscriptions
Subscription charges are handled by Apple. Visit Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or request guidance at info@scalista.eu.
Data deletion / privacy
Send a request titled “Delete my SkinSlay data” to info@scalista.eu. We will confirm identity and delete within 30 days.
Press & partnerships
Reach out to info@scalista.eu with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line.
Getting started checklist
- Complete the clinical onboarding quiz so the plan engine can respect your skin type, allergies, and time budget.
- Grant camera access and follow the lighting prompts. Keep the phone at arm’s length, face a window, and remove tinted products before scanning.
- After your first analysis, review the AM/PM steps. Tap any step to see ingredient education, estimated time, and product guidance.
- Enable notifications if you want gentle reminders when it’s time to run your routine.
Common troubleshooting
Analysis failed or took too long
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi preferred).
- Check the lighting status banner—retake if SkinSlay marks the frame as “Too dark” or “Face not detected.”
- Close other camera apps that might be running in the background.
- If errors persist, email us with the timestamp of the failed attempt so we can inspect server logs.
Plan steps disappeared
- SkinSlay can temporarily pause certain actives when irritation is detected. Look for “Barrier rescue” announcements in the Today view.
- Check if you changed your quiz answers—updating pregnancy status or allergies recalculates the plan.
- Still stuck? Send a screenshot of your Today screen to support and we’ll investigate.
Subscription questions
- Free trials automatically convert unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
- Manage or cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > SkinSlay.
- For refunds, follow Apple’s refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Privacy & data controls
SkinSlay is built with privacy in mind. Highlights:
- Analysis photos are transmitted securely to Supabase, then deleted once findings are generated.
- You can delete any past analysis or request full account deletion at any time.
- We never sell or broker data. Analytics are pseudonymous and used only to improve the product.

Requesting data deletion
- Open SkinSlay > Settings > Privacy Controls > “Delete my account” (if available in your build).
- Or email info@scalista.eu with the subject “Delete my SkinSlay data.”
- We’ll confirm the request, verify ownership, and purge account, analysis, and routine data within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.

SkinSlay is not a medical service and cannot assist with urgent health situations. If you experience a severe reaction, uncontrolled bleeding, signs of infection, or mental health crisis, contact emergency services immediately.
